Troubleshooting led to conclusion I needed a new power supply. Ordered and shipped same day; arrived in great packaging and worked like a charm. Will probably order a monitor from DE to use with that computer since I got a new computer.
Got what I ordered, and got it fast
The supply works as advertised and I am happy(5) with my purchase. Shipment was fast, the price was the lowest I could find and my downtime was minimal.
The correct part was shipped and received. Unfortunately computer was fried and part needs to be returned. I have send an e-mail to Customer Service.
very fast getting this. Much faster than other sites. awesome!!!!
My computer guy told me to purchase the Dell power supply which shipped quickly, nice packaging. Found out it is the Motherboard instead, so I have a useless $50 part that I cannot return.
The correct part was shipped and received. Happy customer.
Worked right out of the box and was compatible with the machine I needed it in. Will look to you first for future PS needs. Thanks for your quick service.
It worked for me. The unit lacked connectivity for the two disc drives in my machine (i.e., it didn't have two wires that the old unit had), but everything else is working fine.
