well i had trouble with the first computer i ordered, but in sending it back they checked and found the problem and shipped another one out the same day they received the first one, then to top it off i got a couple of items i really needed that they surprised me with to make up for what happened..i'm telling you these guys are on top of their game, they did everything tthey said they would do and much, much more. i am so happy with their service that i talked my sister into purchasing her a dell from them in the same week. if you haven't had the opportunity to order from this company, you should because you will rreceive the best service ever, they will go above and beyond the call of their duty for you as they did for me........A+ - Angie Smith ( 7/1/2012 )
