WARRANTY
  • PCs and laptops sold by DiscountElectronics.com come with a one year Discount Electronics parts and labor warranty.
  • Parts and accessories other than consumables such as batteries, toner and ink, sold by DiscountElectronics.com carry a 90 day warranty. Consumable products do not include any warranty.
  • Return shipping on warranty claims with DiscountElectronics.com are the responsibility of the customer for the duration of the warranty.
  • Any issues caused by customer abuse or installed software are not warranted.
  • DiscountElectronics.com offers online credit, prompt repair or replacement of any product found to be defective within the warranty period. For all other returns we offer online credit minus 15% or $15 restocking fee per item (whichever is less). Shipping is non-refundable. All returned items must be received in original condition and will be tested before credit is issued. Products returned as defective and found to be functional will be subject to a $5 testing fee. Online credit codes will be sent via email, may be used on DiscountElectronics.com. Online credit codes are valid in 90 day increments; please contact us if you need an extension. DiscountElectronics.com does not offer refunds.
RMAs

In the event an item is determined to be defective within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. Shipping will be paid by the customer for approved PC, laptop and part RMA Requests within 90 days of the date of customer receipt.  The shipping cost of replaced parts will be covered by DiscountElectronics.com.

  • An RMA form is required for all defective product returns and may be obtained by submitting your information using our Contact Form. Please include your DiscountElectronics.com Order Number in the message. This information allows us to accurately and efficiently process the return.
  • We must receive the product before a replacement will be shipped.
  • Computers or laptops returned without restore disc cannot be processed and will be held pending receipt of the disc.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Items returned as defective and found to be functional are subject to a $5 testing fee.
  • For items returned as defective and found to be functional an on-line credit code will be issued for the original price of the product(s) minus testing fee and the cost of shipping. This code can be used to purchase items on DiscountElectronics.com.
  • Online credit codes do not expire.
  • DiscountElectronics.com does not offer refunds.
RETURNS

Any product may be returned to Discountelectronics.com within 10 days of the purchase date at the purchaser's expense if the product was ordered incorrectly or is simply no longer needed.

Note: Customer Service must be contacted within 10 days of purchase. No returns will be processed after this period.

  • All sales final on Drones/Quadcopters.  Contact the Manufacturer for any and all warranty claims.
SHIPPING

Orders placed before 2:30pm Central Standard Time are shipped the same business day.

  • UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays.
  • USPS (US Postal Service) does not deliver on Sundays or holidays and is not insured
  • Orders can be tracked from within a DiscountElectronics.com account, via UPS Tracking or US Postal Service Tracking

  • We answer the telephones Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 8:00pm Central Standard Time, except holidays. Please call us at (512) 459-0146 with any questions.
  • Messages sent to Discount Electronics through our Contact Form are answered Monday through Friday, normally within 24 hours.
