I needed some spare hard drive caddies for my Dell OptiPlex 780 desktops. The price was good, I received them within a few days, they were in "new" condition, and they work fine.

Just wanted to have a couple of spare drive caddies for use with the refurbished Dell computers we get.

I needed two caddies and in ref. to S. McKenzie's review: Dell's price was nearly 3 times that of Discount's -and- they only had one in stock. Discount is fast becoming a better place to shop for Dell parts than Dell itself. The ones I got appeared to be new and two days from purchase to delivery keeps customers happy!

Could not believe Dell would sell a new OptiPlex 7010 with an advertised second drive bay but not include the caddy. I had called Dell and was put on hold one to many times in try to resolve this problem. A Quick search of the Internet and I hung up on Dell. Thank you Discount Electronics for having the part.
