    The customer representative was courteous, the hard drive was ordered in TX on Wednesday, received in Philly on Friday. Simple to install in my Acer laptop, also with the help of a YouTube video. The hard drive is working great. I needed the hard drive, by recommendation of my computer consultant, as it was the only option, other than the suggested "trashing" of my laptop, because a "Trojan virus" apparently infected into the partitions of my original drive. Thank you for saving me a bundle discount electronics!
