    Solid, works great, shipped very quickly.

    I googled for price. Discount Electronics beat Amazon and Ebay price-wize. Probably was shipped the same day I paid for it because I got in days with normal shipping. Only concern was lack of basic information. But at this price, I am sure most people know what they are doing. I didn't know that I didn't need jumpers on SATA disk. (it's been a few years). So some google time was necessary to tech it all out. If a basic info sheet / and or sticker that advises no need for jumper I would rate at 5. The jumper pins are physically present, so that threw me. But after I figured it all out, it was easy and rocked out. They beat eBay and Amazon. Solid!

    I was surprise of the speed that I received my item. But once I received that item, I knew that an mistake was made on both party. I call discount electronic and order the right item with the help of the person on the other end of the phone. That were very friendly and helpful about getting an base unit. also e-mail me an shipping label to send equipment back. I would shop with them in the future on all computer equipment needed. Thank You very much.
